Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is there a REAL risk in trading FOREX? Can it really happen that a trader / investor lose his/her entire trading capital?

A: Yes. The high risk of trading FOREX is anything but a joke. Regardless of what they claim, all traders and investors take a considerable amount of risk when trading this highly volatile market. There are of course methods to substantially reduce this risk (this is where professionals step in), however - as long as transactions take place - the risk is never completely eliminated.

Q: If the market is risky anyway and your company is confident in your analysis and trading, then why not risk a little more for much better results?

A: We only care about risk management for one reason: we are here to stay, and aim for small but consistent profits from trading. With a little bit of luck, we could achieve results at least 10 times better from trading the same accounts. However, this would require entering the market with very large positions. Even if we manage to do that for a few months, the risk involved in such a venture is so high that at some point we could end up losing all the previously accumulated gains...
After carefully analyzing these aspects and our own trading, we have chosen a safer path to follow: aiming low, and giving our investments time to mature - instead of gambling the market and putting all our eggs in one basket.

Q: Why is DENKMANN Investments publishing FREE market analysis and live trades on the company website?

A: We believe in educated investments, and as a natural consequence we believe in educated investors. We believe in the educational purpose of our website and hope our transparent approach could be useful towards understanding the dynamics of the market. There is much more to trading then just analyzing the market, and knowing in theory what should or should not be done in a certain situation. The purpose of our education programs and free analysis is manifold: to create a state of awareness, to educate our current and future investors while showing them what our strategy and results are in real time.

Q: Are there any guarantees regarding the results of the company's managed accounts?

A: No. There are no guarantees regarding the results of our trading activity. This is why we do our best to inform our investors and customers of as many aspects related to this business as possible. An educated investor will become aware of the mechanisms of the market and will gradually comprehend the degree of risk involved in live trading. As a result, he or she will better appreciate our efforts and results.

Q: Are the company's marketing efforts directed towards attracting the highest possible number of investors?

A: No. Our marketing campaigns are mainly directed towards signalling our presence as a professional and trustworthy asset management company. We can offer no free rides and we do not normally turn any investor rich overnight (unless he was already rich before). More than attracting many customers, we aim at keeping those who already placed their confidence and trust in our business profile. What keeps our clients with us is our solid and professional approach, constant results and a good business relationship. This is why we choose to invest a lot of time and efforts in our customers' education. Our marketing target (consistant with our long-term business plan) is to have and keep serious and sophisticated clients.
