Professional Account Management - Step by Step Account Opening Procedure

Step 1) Preliminary Contact
- At this stage, we will be analyzing the investor's financial profile, needs and objectives, then suggest possible solutions. Please use the feedback section on our website to get in touch with us, providing us with as many details as possible on the objectives of your investment.

Step 2) Receiving Essential Information

One of our representatives will clearly explain all the details of our collaboration. Upon request, our client can receive a brief presentation of the FOREX market and some key aspects related to trading that we believe our clients should be aware of.
- We will make sure that our client understands the risks involved with FOREX trading and in full knowledge thereof is ready to open a managed account.

Step 3) Reviewing Legal Documents
- Once the initial terms of our collaboration are clear, we require our clients to read, understand and agree to the legal documents that constitute the basis of the agreement between Denkmann Investments, our preferred brokerage company (Oanda Corporation) and the client. It is in our clients' best interest to carefully review ALL the legal documents required to open a managed account before proceeding to the next step.

Step 3) Opening an FXTrade Account with Oanda Corporation
- In order to preseve the confidentiality of our clients' personal information, DENKMANN Investments does not interfere with our clients' account opening process. While the account will be opened directly on our broker's website, we will be ready to answer any solicitation regarding these procedures and (upon request) guide our client throughout the necessary steps to open a live FxTrade account.
Filling in the necessary forms takes about 15-20 minutes. Please have ready 2 forms of identification (government issued ID, passport, driver's license). The online forms include all the documents mentioned in the previous step, except for the last 3 (Power of Attorney and the contract beween DENKMANN and the customer + Schedule 2). You will be required to submit these 3 documents separately, via e-mail or fax.

Step 4) Activating the Account
- Once you submit your application online, an e-mail will be sent to the address you provided during the registration process, containing specific information regarding how to activate your trading account. Just click on the activation link and your registration process will be complete.

Step 5) Confirming your Identification
- Upon activation, you will need to send in a final set of documents to Oanda:
FXTrade - ID Confirmation Form Form for Individuals
2 government-issued photo ID (government issued ID, passport, driver's license)
1 utility bill or credit card statement confirming your address
(matching the one you provided during the registration process)

documents via fax to: +1 212 208 4356 or via e-mail (in .gif .jpg, or .pdf formats) to accountid@oanda.com
- This will be the final step required to fully activate your account and get it ready for funding. It usually takes 1-3 days until the documents are processed. Only when you receive a confirmation e-mail from Oanda stating that everything is in order and the account is ready for funding you can move on to the next step.

Step 6) Funding your Account
- As soon as step 5 is complete, you can fund your account by following the indications provided by Oanda. Click here for more details how to deposit funds in your FxTrade account
To proceed, please access your personal Cash Management Page using your FxTrade username and password. Click here to login to Cash Management
- You will need to fill in a deposit notification form, to let Oanda know about the incoming funds. You can do that once you login to your Cash Management page.
- It may take a few days until the funds are credited to your FxTrade account - you will be notified by e-mail when they become available, so that you can move on to the next step.

Step 7) Creating an FxManager Account
- At this point, your trading account is ready and all that remains to be done is to allocate funds from your personal account to our managed account for the purpose of trading. This procedure takes place entirely through the Oanda FxManager platform, which ensures the security and confidentiality of the operation. Read more about the FxManager platform for clients.
Please note that DENKMANN Investments does not have the power to withdraw clients' allocated funds.

- A fee schedule will be applied automatically to your managed account, according to the terms of our service and the provisions of the legal contract between the customer and DENKMANN. Click here for details.

Step 8) Allocating Funds to your Managed Account
- Once your FxManager account is active, you should first use the Cash Management feature once again to transfer funds from your primary account to your newly created managed account (typically called "MA Unalloc bal").
- Once the transfer between your accounts is operated (generally takes just 3-5 minutes) you can switch back to your FxManager platform in order to allocate funds to us for management: click on the "Allocate" button on the upper left side of your platform to initiate the allocation process. If at this time the account is locked, you will need to (re)send the Power of Attorney to Oanda. Please contact us and in the shortest time you will receive a signed Power of Attorney that you should sign and send back to Oanda for account activation. Once the Power of Attorney is processed and you receive a confirmation from Oanda you will be able to finalize the allocation process and finalize the managed account opening procedure.
- in the shortest time we will accept the incoming funds via our FxManager platform and add the allocated amount to the respective managed account, according to our agreement.


IMPORTANT PRIVACY STATEMENT: neither DENKMANN Investments nor any of its employees or associates are allowed to either fund your account, transfer funds on your behalf, withdraw funds from your account and/or alter in any way your contact/login details for your account. Our traders will only have the right to trade your account, based on a power of attorney agreement signed by both parties with our broker. Our commission will be substracted from your account automatically by our broker at the end of each month, based on the contract signed by our firm and the customer (in which all commissions and fees are clearly specified).
DENKMANN INVESTMENTS AND ITS EMPLOYEES OR ASSOCIATES WILL NEVER ASK YOU TO REVEAL YOUR FXTRADE PASSWORD DURING OR AFTER THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. IN ORDER TO KEEP YOUR ACCOUNT SAFE FROM ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR PASSWORD REMAINS STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL.
WE WILL NEVER ASK YOU TO DISCLOSE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU MIGHT HAVE TO PROVIDE TO OANDA CORP. AS PART OF YOUR ACCOUNT OPENING PROCEDURES.
